




The Assistant Storekeeper supports daily store and inventory operations by assisting in receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining stock records. The role ensures proper stock control, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and supplies * Verify quantities and quality of goods against purchase orders and delivery notes * Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems/manual logs * Assist in issuing materials as per approved requisitions * Ensure proper labeling, shelving, and FIFO/FEFO practices (especially for F\&B items) * Support regular stock counts and inventory audits * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area * Report damaged, expired, or low\-stock items to the Storekeeper * Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen/operations, and other departments as required * Follow company policies, safety standards, and hygiene procedures **Requirements \& Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience as Assistant Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or similar role preferred * Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control * Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail * Physically fit to handle lifting, loading, and unloading when required * Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory software is an advantage) * Good communication and teamwork skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working in warehouse or store as assistant ? * Do you have valid QID ? * Can you join immediately ?
