Summary: Lead and manage contract negotiations and administration for the LNG trading division, ensuring compliant and business-supportive agreements to facilitate successful transactions and minimize risks. Minimize contractual risks in LNG transactions Primary Purpose of the Job: Manage all aspects of contract negotiations and administration within the LNG trading division which includes re\-gasification. Lead a team of contract professionals, ensuring that agreements are well\-structured, compliant, and support the business objectives facilitating successful LNG transactions and minimizing contractual risks. Required Experience and Skills: * At least 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in LNG Trading. * Extensive experience in contract management and negotiation within the LNG or energy trading industry. * Experience handling various trading contracts including re\-gasification, key competencies include: understanding the LNG value chain, in\-depth energy market knowledge, strategic thinking, relationships management and negotiations. * Strong knowledge of contract law, international trade regulations, and industry\-specific terms and conditions. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Postgraduate Qualification (MSc, PhD or MBA) an advantage.
