We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Interior Designer to join one of our valuable clients team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, and corporate buildings. The role involves concept development, space planning, material selection, project coordination, and ensuring that finishes meet client expectations and project standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations aligned with client requirements and project scope. Produce detailed layouts, 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and renderings using industry\-standard software. Prepare design proposals, material palettes, finishes, and furniture selections. Conduct site visits for measurement, assessment, and understanding client needs. Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings for execution. Ensure designs meet safety, functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic standards. Source and specify appropriate materials, fabrics, lighting, furniture, and décor items. Develop sample boards for client approval. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely availability. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers during implementation. Review shop drawings, approve samples, and ensure design compliance during site execution. Monitor progress and conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality finish. Engage with clients to understand project vision, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints. Present design concepts and revisions professionally. Maintain strong communication and customer satisfaction until project completion. Prepare BOQs , material specifications, and cost estimates. Develop and maintain design files, drawings, and approval documentation. Provide regular project status updates to management and clients. Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and local authority requirements. Maintain brand identity and quality standards throughout project execution.
