Summary: Seeking a results-oriented Microsoft Sales Specialist to drive sales of Microsoft's full product stack in Qatar, developing new business and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. **Role Overview** We are seeking a mid\-level **Microsoft Sales Specialist** to drive sales of Microsoft’s full product stack **(Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot \& Copilot Studio and other related solutions)** in Qatar. The specialist will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets by delivering value\-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a results\-oriented professional with a strong grasp of Microsoft enterprise solutions and the Qatar market. **Key Responsibilities** · Drive new business development and build a strong sales pipeline across Microsoft solutions. · Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored presentations and demos. · Recommend end\-to\-end Microsoft solutions with clear business value and ROI. · Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. · Maintain key customer relationships and drive renewals and upsell opportunities. · Collaborate with internal technical and partner teams. · Stay updated on Microsoft products, licensing, and market trends. · Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance metrics. **Required Qualifications** · 3–5 years in B2B technology sales, preferably Microsoft solutions. · Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud, productivity, and business applications including Co Pilot and AI related solutions. · Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. · Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English. · Proven ability to build and manage long\-term client relationships. · Knowledge on various Microsoft Licensing options **Preferred Skills** · Knowledge of Qatar/GCC market and enterprise sectors. · Arabic language skills (advantageous). · Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365\). **Key Competencies** · Results\-oriented and target\-driven · Strong business acumen · Customer\-centric mindset · Effective collaboration skills Pay: QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
