We are looking for a **Senior Network Engineering Manager (m/f/d)** who can take ownership of our network architecture, operational excellence, and engineering leadership. This is more than managing routers and switches—you will shape our technical strategy, mentor engineering talent, and ensure our infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security. You will lead a talented team of network engineers, bridging the gap between business objectives, technical architecture, and client expectations. Ensure performance, resilience, and scalability across all client environments. **Engineering Leadership** Mentor Junior, Mid\-Level, and Senior engineers. Conduct technical reviews and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. **Operational Excellence** Oversee incident management, network monitoring, root cause analysis, and long\-term infrastructure enhancement initiatives. **Security \& Compliance** Ensure all network systems meet cybersecurity standards, operational policies, and enterprise compliance requirements. **Stakeholder Management** Present technical strategies, project updates, and infrastructure recommendations to executive leadership, enterprise clients, and project teams. You can explain not just what needs to be built—but why it matters. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For?** **Experience** 8\+ years in network engineering or telecommunications infrastructure, with at least 3\+ years in leadership or management roles. **Certifications** Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, or equivalent enterprise networking credentials are highly valued. **Technical Expertise** Strong knowledge of routing, switching, MPLS, WAN, LAN, VPN, firewalls, cloud connectivity, and enterprise network security. **Communication Skills** English proficiency is required for technical documentation and enterprise communication. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. **Mindset** You are pragmatic, decisive, and technically sharp.
