Manage site teams and provide technical leadership **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Resident Engineer** with a minimum of **15 years of experience** in infrastructure, road, and utility projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise all site construction activities. * Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. * Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance standards. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues. * Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and progress reports. * Manage site teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum **15 years of relevant experience** in major infrastructure, road, or utility projects. * Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Experience in GCC projects is preferred. * Chartered Engineer or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
