**Job Title:** Façade Designer **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Façade, Aluminum, Curtain Wall, Cladding **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Façade Designer** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing façade design solutions, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure designs are technically sound, cost\-effective, and compliant with project specifications and international standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare façade design concepts, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings. * Develop aluminum, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and façade system details. * Coordinate with project engineers, estimators, and production teams to ensure design feasibility. * Review architectural drawings and convert them into workable façade solutions. * Ensure designs comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards. * Prepare material take\-offs and assist in design\-related technical submissions. * Participate in design coordination meetings with consultants and clients. * Support value engineering and design optimization exercises. * Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements. **Qualifications \& ExperienceEducation** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline**. **Experience** * **3–7 years** of experience as a Façade Designer, preferably in Qatar or the GCC. * Strong experience in aluminum and façade systems including curtain wall, windows, doors, louvers, and cladding. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **Revit**, **SolidWorks**, or façade design software is an advantage. * Good understanding of façade materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes. **Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Good communication and coordination skills. **Preferred** * Experience with high\-rise or complex façade projects. * Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and authority approvals.
