**Printing Machine Operator – Printing Industry** **Full\-Time \| Immediate Hiring** We are seeking an experienced **Printing Machine Operator** to operate various offset and sheet\-fed printing machines in our printing division. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with **GTO and Heidelberg machines** and a strong understanding of print production processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and set up **GTO 1 Color, GTO 2 Color, Heidelberg SM 2 Color, Heidelberg 100/70 2 Color, and SM 5 Color** printing machines. * Prepare printing plates, inks, and materials according to job specifications. * Monitor print quality, including color consistency, registration, and alignment. * Troubleshoot machine issues such as misfeeds, color variations, or mechanical problems. * Coordinate with prepress, production, and finishing teams for smooth workflow. * Ensure timely completion of print jobs while maintaining high\-quality standards. * Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal operation. * Maintain production logs, job records, and material usage reports. * Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–4 years of experience** operating **offset/press machines**, preferably Heidelberg and GTO models. * Strong understanding of **print production, color matching, and sheet\-fed processes**. * Ability to read job tickets, production layouts, and print specifications. * Knowledge of inks, papers, and other printing consumables. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Physically fit and able to work in a fast\-paced production environment. * Immediate joiners preferred.
