Summary: Lead and manage the maintenance team, overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for industrial equipment and facility systems. Highlights: 1. Oversee equipment availability and shutdown management Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines, cranes, compressors, blasting/painting equipment, welding machines, utilities and facility systems manage maintenance team, spares, shutdowns, vendors, and equipment availability. **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in industrial maintenance, including 4\+ years in a leadership role. **Qualification:** Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering degree; CMMS/PM systems; CNC and industrial equipment troubleshooting; hydraulics/pneumatics/electrical knowledge; spare\-parts planning; LOTO; vendor and shutdown management.
