Convert design ideas into practical, site-executable drawings **Interior Designer / Technical 3D Designer** **Company:** Al Khlood Trading and Contracting and Services Company **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled **Interior Designer / Technical 3D Designer** to join our Design Department. The candidate will work closely with our Design Engineers to transform approved interior design concepts into high\-quality **3D visualizations and detailed execution drawings suitable for site construction**. **Key Responsibilities** * Convert design concepts and references provided by Design Engineers into professional 3D visualizations. * Produce realistic interior renders and presentations. * Convert approved 3D designs into **detailed execution drawings**. * Prepare plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings. * Prepare ceiling, flooring, wall and joinery details. * Ensure dimensions and construction details are clear and practical for site execution. * Coordinate drawings with architectural and MEP requirements. * Revise drawings based on comments from Design Engineers and Project Engineers. * Identify design conflicts or missing information before drawings are issued for construction. * Maintain organized project drawing files and revisions. **Requirements** * Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field. * Strong experience in **interior 3D design AND technical execution drawings**. * Excellent AutoCAD skills. * Strong proficiency in **3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit** and rendering software such as **Corona / V\-Ray / Enscape**. * Good understanding of interior construction details, materials and joinery. * Ability to convert a design idea into drawings that can actually be executed on site. * Experience in villas/high\-end residential projects is strongly preferred. * Qatar experience is an advantage. **Candidates must submit a portfolio showing BOTH 3D interior visualizations and technical/execution drawings.** Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
