Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality **Operations Team Lead** Regency Fleets is a fast\-growing vehicle leasing, rental, and used car sales company. We are looking for a motivated Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations and support smooth fleet and branch performance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and guide operations supervisors and operational staff * Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure efficient vehicle utilization * Manage fleet tracking, availability, allocation, and status updates * Assign duties across different projects and branches * Coordinate with maintenance, workshop, sales, and customer service teams * Support the Operations Manager in daily execution and planning * Monitor operations and ensure compliance with company procedures * Handle operational issues and resolve escalations * Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in Qatar (vehicle rental/leasing industry preferred) * Strong leadership and team supervision skills * Good communication and coordination skills * Experience in fleet/operations management * Ability to handle operational reporting and tracking systems * Immediate joiners preferred or max 1 month notice * Valid QID with transferable sponsorship (NOC mandatory) Work Location: In person
