Summary: Manage comprehensive Quantity Surveying functions for MEP packages, including BOQ preparation, measurement, valuations, and financial documentation. Highlights: 1. Manage QS functions for MEP packages (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) 2. Prepare BOQs and conduct measurements from drawings and specifications 3. Manage subcontractor valuations and prepare cash flow forecasts **Hiring:** **Quantity Surveyor – MEP (Qatar)** **Requirements:** * Degree in **Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying** * **5–8\+ years of MEP QS experience** in Qatar/GCC * Proficient in **CostX / Candy / Bluebeam \& Excel** * Must have **UPDA certification** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage QS functions for MEP packages (**HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting**) * Prepare **BOQs** * Conduct measurements and quantity take\-offs from drawings and specifications * Prepare and submit **monthly IPCs/payment applications** * Manage subcontractor measurements, valuations, and final accounts * Review MEP subcontractor tenders and prepare comparisons * Prepare cash flow forecasts and final account documentation Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in CostX / Candy / Bluebeam \& Excel?
