Support network connectivity and customer technology solutions Location: Kuwait Salary: 600 KWD Total Package We are looking for a Desktop / Customer Technology Support professional to provide technical support and IT assistance to office users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network connectivity, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and customer technology solutions. Responsibilities: * Provide desktop and IT support to office users * Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment * Support network connectivity, email, and business applications * Assist users with technical issues and ensure timely resolution * Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams when required * Support customer technology solutions and basic system integrations Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field * Good knowledge of desktop support and basic networking * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills * Experience in IT support is preferred Salary details for the position: \- Basic: 425\.00 \- Housing: 106\.25 \- Living: 1 06\. 25 \- Transportation: 42\.50 \- Total: 600\.00 KWD **Job Location : Kuwait** Work Location: In person
