To strengthen our operations in Doha, we are seeking an experienced **IT Infrastructure Manager** to lead and optimize our IT systems. Role Overview The **IT Infrastructure Manager** will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align IT systems with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead IT infrastructure strategy, planning, and execution. * Oversee network, server, storage, and cloud systems management. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support business operations. * Manage vendor relationships and service\-level agreements. * Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. * Mentor IT staff and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 10–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise IT systems. * Proven track record of managing complex IT environments. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Experience in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
