Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards We are seeking a highly experienced **MEP Project Manager** to lead and manage the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering MEP works for commercial buildings, warehouse facilities, and data centers, with strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * **UPDA Certification** (Mandatory). * Minimum **15 years of experience** in MEP project execution and management. * Proven experience in commercial buildings, warehouse projects, and data centers. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and MEP systems. * Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Familiarity with Qatar construction standards, regulations, and safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of MEP project execution from initiation to handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety requirements. * Review engineering drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation. * Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of works. * Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management. * Ensure all project milestones are achieved within the approved timeline and budget **SENT CV TO\- 71388442\.** Work Location: In person
