Opportunity to work on Road and Signage projects We are seeking a dedicated **Material Coordinator** to support our Project by ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and control of project materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in material management, inventory control, and ERP systems. Experience in Road and Signage projects will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the procurement, receipt, storage, and issuance of project materials. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials to support project activities. * Maintain accurate material records using ERP systems. * Prepare material requests, stock reports, and inventory reconciliation reports. * Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Project Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure timely material delivery. * Track material movements and maintain proper documentation. * Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Maintain proper filing and document control for all material\-related records. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in material coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role. * Experience in **Road Maintenance, Infrastructure, or Signage projects** is an advantage. * Good knowledge of inventory management and reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. * **Immediate joiners only.** * Valid **Qatar ID (QID)** and locally available candidates are preferred. Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
