Summary: We are seeking a skilled AC Technician (HVAC) to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems for various facilities. Highlights: 1. Diagnose faults and repair various AC system types About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician (HVAC) to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair, with 4–5 years of experience in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems. * Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment. * Diagnose faults and repair split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems. * Inspect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, gas recovery, and system pressure testing. * Clean filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and duct systems. * Replace compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors, contactors, and other HVAC components. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and breakdowns. * Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and job completion documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. * Coordinate with supervisors and clients to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. Requirements * Diploma or ITI Certificate in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related technical field. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an AC Technician in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of split AC, ducted AC, package units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems. * Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and HVAC repairs. * Knowledge of refrigerants, HVAC tools, gauges, and testing equipment. * Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals. * Experience working in residential, commercial, hospitality, or facilities management projects. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
