Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Miniatures Coordinator** to oversee production schedules, manage inventory, and support sales and client relations. This role requires strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively between artisans, suppliers, and customers. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily operations related to miniature production, packaging, and distribution. * Liaise with designers, artisans, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. * Manage inventory levels, procurement, and quality control processes. * Support sales and marketing teams with product information and promotional activities. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, stock, and operational reports. * Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s trade and retail regulations. * Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in coordination, retail, or product management roles. * Strong knowledge of collectibles, miniatures, or luxury retail operations. * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, creative environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
