Ensure compliance and quality assurance Job Description: Project Manager (Construction Industry) **Position Title:** Project Manager **Location:** Qatar **Reports To:** General manager **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. * **Team Leadership**: Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. * **Budget Management**: Monitor costs, approve expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met. * **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. * **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and vendors. * **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Quality Assurance**: Oversee inspections and ensure projects meet specifications. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 5–10 years of experience in construction project management. * Strong knowledge of construction codes and safety standards. * Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD). * PMP or CCM certification preferred. **Competencies** * Leadership and decision\-making * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Time and resource management * Strong analytical and communication skills Work Location: In person
