**We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented BMS Technician to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, effective troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain reliable building automation performance across various facilities.** **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control panels, field devices, sensors, and related components. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential buildings. * Identify and resolve issues related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment. * Monitor, calibrate, and optimize BMS functions to support efficient operation of HVAC and electromechanical systems. * Prepare and maintain updated documentation, wiring diagrams, and service/maintenance records. * Coordinate with engineers and maintenance teams to ensure operational requirements and schedules are met. * Follow all company safety standards and procedures during installation, maintenance, and service activities. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Technical Certificate (1–1\.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ). * Hands\-on experience in DDC/BMS installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance. * Previous experience in electromechanical maintenance within GCC facilities such as hospitals, schools, or residential complexes. * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in BMS and automation systems. * Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office). * Must currently be residing in Qatar with a valid visa and QID. **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Food, accommodation, and transportation provided Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * BMS Technician (DDC System) in GCC): 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Location: * Doha (Required)
