Ensure proper IT security practices and assist with cybersecurity **Job Description:** We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled **IT Support Technician** to provide day\-to\-day technical support to our employees and maintain the company’s IT systems, computers, network, and other equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and network\-related issues. * Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and basic system configurations. * Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, switches, and other network equipment. * Install and update software, antivirus, and security applications. * Monitor and maintain regular data backup procedures. * Troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and other basic office technology when required. * Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. * Coordinate with external IT service providers when specialized support is required. * Ensure proper IT security practices and assist employees with cybersecurity\-related issues. * Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and technical issues.
