Summary: Assist in monitoring and analyzing F&B costs, managing inventory, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring budgetary compliance for profitability and operational efficiency. Highlights: 1. Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs daily. 2. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances. 3. Prepare cost reports and provide insights for management. **Job Summary:** Assist in monitoring and analyzing the costs of food, beverages, and other operational expenses in the F\&B department. Managing inventory, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with budgetary goals to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs daily. 2\. Ensure accurate pricing of menu items based on cost structure and profitability goals. 3\. Track variances and recommend corrective actions to management. 4\. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances. 5\. Maintain proper stock levels and minimize wastage. 6\. Ensure inventory is stored and tracked properly to avoid spoilage or theft. 7\. Prepare cost reports, including daily food cost reports, variance reports, and month\-end summaries. 8\. Provide insights and recommendations based on cost analysis to the Cost Controller and management team 9\. Ensure all cost control policies and procedures are adhered to. 10\. Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations. 11\. Work closely with the kitchen, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on budget targets. 12\. Support the Cost Controller in planning and implementing cost control measures. 13\. Performs other duties assigned. **Qualification, Experience \& Knowledge** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field. · 3 to 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the Food \& Beverage or hospitality industry. · Proficient in inventory management systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools). · Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. · Familiarity with menu engineering and recipe costing. · Excellent communication and organizational skills.
