




We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Restaurant \& Bakery Manager** to lead the operations of our new premium **Korean bakery café**. The successful candidate will oversee both the front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations of the bakery café, ensuring efficiency and excellence. * Manage, train, and motivate staff across front\-of\-house and kitchen teams. * Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance). * Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage. * Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management. * Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving sales targets. * Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world\-class guest experience. **Requirements** * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** as a Restaurant Manager or Bakery Café Manager. * Strong knowledge of bakery café operations (production, display, service). * Proven leadership, team management, and training skills. * Financial acumen (P\&L, cost control, inventory management). * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Korean is a plus). * Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. * Experience in pre\-opening projects is an advantage.
