This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of shipping services, crew change and coordination of Onshore \& Offshore Projects and vessels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast\-paced environment and possess strong organisational skills. **Principal Job Accountabilities** * Booking vessels in and out of port with all relevant stakeholders * Capturing accurate costs incurred during port calls * Facilitating customer service needs and close communication with internal / external stakeholders. * Comply \& support in handling any local requirements **Requirements and skills** * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Produce and maintain accurate documents * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks * Competent user of Microsoft Office, including excel * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
