Summary: This role involves comprehensive management of work orders from inception to completion, encompassing technical definition, resource coordination, cost analysis, and compliance. Highlights: 1. Manage technical scope, resources, materials, equipment, and repair methodology 2. Prepare work-order proposals, BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates 3. Monitor work orders, track progress, and coordinate various teams * Define the technical scope, resources, materials, equipment, and repair methodology. * Prepare work\-order proposals, BOQs, rate analyses, cost estimates, and execution schedules via Primavera or MS Project. * Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and perform technical and commercial evaluations. * Monitor work orders from initiation through approval, execution, completion, invoicing, and closure. * Track progress, manpower, materials, costs, deadlines, constraints, and corrective actions. * Coordinate maintenance teams, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, and client representatives. * Verify completed quantities and supporting documents before invoice submission. * Prepare and monitor invoices, certifications, outstanding payments, and unbilled completed work. * Maintain accurate work\-order data in the CMMS/EAM system. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and KPI dashboards. * Monitor work\-order completion, backlog, aging, MTTR, MTBF, downtime, cost variance, and subcontractor performance. * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, HSE procedures, and quality standards.
