We are seeking a **Part\-Time Quantity Surveyor** with experience in **interior fit\-out projects** to support our project and commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take\-offs, budgeting, and supporting project cost control activities on an as\-needed or project basis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare **BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take\-offs** for interior fit\-out works * Analyze drawings, specifications, and design changes * Assist in **tender preparation, pricing, and comparison** * Monitor project costs and variations * Prepare and evaluate **variation orders and final accounts** * Support **procurement and subcontractor evaluations** * Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams * Ensure cost control in line with project budgets and timelines Job Type: Part\-time Expected hours: 2 per week
