We are looking for someone to lead the integration of full operational management for the campus, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across all non\-academic functions. **The Role** We seek an individual to join as an **Interim Operations Manager** where your focus will be: * Providing strategic leadership in **health and safety, facilities, and contract management**, including third\-party vendors. * Overseeing all operational functions including **catering, uniforms, transportation, medical clinic, and facilities management**. * Ensuring full compliance with **Qatar regulatory agencies and NAE global standards**. * Leading **budgeting, procurement, and project coordination** in collaboration with the Regional Operations Director and Integration Team. * Managing operations of the **Super Park** and Maidan facilities, ensuring seamless delivery for both school and public use. * Overseeing a diverse team including Support Assistants, Reprographics, Operations, Health \& Safety, and Facilities staff. **The Successful Candidate Will Possess:** * **University Degree** (essential) * Previous experience in a similar operational or facilities management role (essential) * Strong **leadership and communication skills** with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure * Excellent **organisational and problem\-solving abilities** * High levels of **integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail** * Experience within **education or the UAE/GCC region** (desirable) **Please see full job description** **here** **About Us** Nord Anglia Education is the world’s leading international schools organisation.
