Coordinate communication with various project stakeholders **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Document Controller / Secretary with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, controlling document flow, supporting administrative activities, and coordinating communication between project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain project documents and records. * Handle document registration, filing, distribution, and revision control. * Prepare transmittals, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes. * Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions. * Provide secretarial and administrative support to project teams. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. * Construction/engineering project experience preferred. * Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. * Knowledge of Aconex/EDMS/SharePoint is an advantage. * Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. * Salary: 3000 QAR Application Question(s): * Do you experience in Construction Projects?
