Professional and courteous assistance to residents and visitors **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Accommodation:** Provided by Employer **Nationality Preference:** Nigerian or Kenyan **Driving License:** Valid Qatar Driving License preferred **Salary:** Attractive package based on experience and qualifications **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure the safety and security of the apartment building, residents, visitors, and property. * Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas. * Conduct regular security patrols and inspections. * Control visitor access and maintain visitor records. * Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities. * Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required. * Monitor CCTV systems and report any irregularities. * Assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. * Maintain daily security logs and incident reports. **Requirements** * Previous experience in security services is preferred. * Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts. * Good communication skills in English. * Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism. * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage and highly preferred. * Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. **Benefits** * Attractive salary package. * Employer\-provided accommodation. * Stable full\-time employment. * Supportive working environment.
