Lead implementation of new treatments and operational procedures Career Land Center is recruiting an experienced and passionate **Spa Therapist Trainer** on behalf of a well\-established and reputable beauty salon in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing spa therapists to ensure the highest standards of treatment quality, customer service, hygiene, and professionalism. The Spa Therapist Trainer will also support the implementation of new treatments, products, and operational procedures. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design and deliver training programs for new and existing spa therapists. * Conduct practical and theoretical training on spa treatments, massage techniques, facials, body therapies, and beauty services. * Assess therapists' skills and provide coaching to improve performance and service quality. * Ensure all therapists follow standard operating procedures, treatment protocols, and hygiene standards. * Train staff on customer service excellence, consultation techniques, and retail product recommendations. * Introduce new treatments, equipment, and skincare or wellness products to the team. * Monitor therapist performance through regular evaluations and refresher training sessions. * Develop training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and educational materials. * Work closely with spa management to identify training needs and improve team performance. * Ensure compliance with Qatar's health, safety, and sanitation regulations. * Support recruitment by assisting with practical skill assessments during interviews. * Maintain accurate training records and prepare training reports. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, Cosmetology, Wellness, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Spa Therapist, with at least **2 years** in a training or supervisory role. * Professional certifications in massage therapy, skincare, beauty therapy, or wellness treatments. * Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatment protocols, and international service standards. * Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills. * Ability to motivate and develop a high\-performing team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** -------------------- * Adult training and coaching techniques * Leadership and mentoring * Spa treatment expertise * Customer service excellence * Product knowledge and retail sales * Performance evaluation * Organization and time management * Strong interpersonal and communication skills **Benefits** ------------ * Competitive salary * Accommodation and transportation (as per company policy) * Medical insurance * Annual leave and air ticket (as per Qatar Labour Law and company policy) * Professional development and career advancement opportunities
