Position Overview We are seeking a skilled **Transportation Software Developer** to design, build, and maintain software solutions tailored for the transportation and logistics industry. This role requires strong programming expertise, knowledge of transportation systems, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient applications. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain transportation management and fleet tracking software. * Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to integrate software with vehicle systems and logistics platforms. * Implement features for route optimization, scheduling, and real\-time tracking. * Ensure compliance with industry standards for safety, data security, and performance. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live transportation environments. * Document processes and provide training/support to end\-users. * Stay updated on emerging transportation IT trends, including smart mobility and IoT integration. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in transportation, logistics, or mobility systems. * Strong knowledge of programming languages (C\+\+, Java, Python, or JavaScript). * Experience with GIS mapping, GPS integration, or IoT platforms. * Familiarity with cloud services and database management. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, project\-driven environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
