Proactively monitor risks and conduct real estate valuation. **Role description:** * Quantity surveying and commercial management best practice with sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration procedures. * work in a fast\-paced environment to independently produce consistent quality deliverables that demonstrate comprehensive understanding of construction risk and analytical thought. * Managing tending process and overseeing external consultants and valuers engaged by the bank. * Proactively monitoring risks associated with the financed projects, coordinating with CCU and CRE team pre and post sanction. * Conduct real estate valuation and reviewing external valuers’ reports Reviewing feasibility studies and contractors’ profiles for performance capability.
