Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Private Equity Manager to lead investment evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio management activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving value creation across the investment portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Identify, evaluate, and execute private equity and strategic investment opportunities. * Conduct financial modeling, company valuations, market research, and due diligence activities. * Analyze mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and portfolio investment opportunities. * Monitor portfolio company performance and recommend value enhancement strategies. * Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and financial reports for senior management and investors. * Coordinate with legal, finance, and advisory teams during transaction processes. * Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. * Assess market trends, industry developments, and investment risks. * Support fundraising initiatives, capital deployment, and investor communications. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance standards, and investment policies. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management. * Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring. * Experience within financial services, investment firms, or diversified portfolios is highly preferred. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and investment strategies.
