Description

Summary: Manage daily accounting transactions, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations. Highlights: 1. Support management with essential accounting reports and analysis. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts, payments, and journal entries. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. * Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding balances. * Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis. * Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents. * Assist with month\-end and year\-end closing activities. * Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties when required. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations. * Support management with accounting reports and other financial information as required. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**. * **4–5 years of relevant accounting experience**. * Minimum **2 years of Gulf experience is mandatory**. * Previous experience in the **Real Estate industry is an advantage**. * Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly **Excel**; experience with accounting/ERP software is preferred. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * **Qatar local hire, should have valid QID, Immediate joiners are preferred.** Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately * Do you valid Qatar Id and transferable Work Location: In person
