Career growth and development opportunities **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project requirements, and supporting the bidding process for Building Management System (BMS) projects. **Key Responsibilities** \* Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS projects. \* Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings. \* Analyze HVAC, Electrical, ELV, and control system requirements. \* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations. \* Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, and bid submissions. \* Support sales and project teams during tender negotiations. \* Attend site visits and pre\-bid meetings as required. **Requirements** \* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics \& Communication Engineering. \* Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS estimation. \* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS architecture, and automation controls. \* Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Schneider, or similar. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation tools/software. \* Good understanding of communication protocols like BACnet and Modbus. \* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. **Preferred Skills** \* GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines. \* Knowledge of local standards and regulations. **What We Offer** \* Opportunity to work on prestigious projects. \* Collaborative work environment. \* Career growth and development opportunities. \* Competitive benefits package. **How to Apply** Interested candidates from Qatar or India can apply with their updated CV.
