




Key Responsibilities * Prepare and update project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. * Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze variances. * Review procurement requests, supplier quotations, and subcontractor invoices for cost compliance. * Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and financial evaluations. * Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost data. * Identify potential cost\-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions. * Maintain cost databases, logs, and documentation for all projects. * Assist in preparing claims, variations, and financial justifications. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Qualifications \& Skills * Minimum 7–10 years of experience in cost control within the construction/contracting sector. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost monitoring, and project financial systems. * Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. * Strong analytical and reporting skills.
