Focus on ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Job Summary We are seeking a qualified **Electrical Engineer** with hands\-on experience in **medium\-voltage switchgear and UPS systems (up to 3\.3 kV)**. The role involves **supporting OEM activities**, supervising **schematics, control wiring, and site execution**, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Support **switchgear and UPS OEMs** during engineering, manufacturing, and site activities * Review, verify, and supervise **electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuits** * Supervise **control wiring, panel wiring, and interconnections** for 3\.3 kV systems * Coordinate with OEM engineers, site teams, and contractors for technical clarifications * Ensure compliance with **IEC/IEEE standards**, project specifications, and safety regulations * Participate in **FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting** activities * Identify design or wiring issues and propose corrective actions * Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and as\-built drawings * Provide on\-site supervision and technical support during installation and commissioning Required Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical Engineering** or equivalent * Proven experience with **MV switchgear and UPS systems (up to 3\.3 kV)** * Strong knowledge of **electrical schematics, control wiring, protection, and interlocking** * Experience working directly with **OEMs** * Familiarity with **testing \& commissioning** of switchgear and UPS systems * Ability to read and interpret **single\-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings** * Good understanding of **electrical safety practices and standards** * Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with major **switchgear/UPS OEMs** * Site supervision experience in industrial, utility, or data center projects * Knowledge of **PLC, relays, and protection systems** Job Type: Full\-time
