Perform detailed inspections of mechanical components, including visual checks, dimensional measurements, and functional tests. Utilize various testing methods and equipment, such as hardness testers, tensile testers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM), to evaluate mechanical properties and performance. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality control activities. Prepare and present detailed reports on mechanical quality, including deviations from standards, corrective actions taken, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure that all mechanical products comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Stay updated on industry developments and changes to quality standards, incorporating them into quality control practices. Identify and analyze quality issues, root causes, and trends related to mechanical components and systems. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve overall mechanical product quality and reliability. Provide training and guidance to production staff and other team members on quality control procedures and mechanical inspection techniques. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing quality control tasks. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures, participate in safety training, report unsafe conditions, and promote a safe and healthy work environment. Job Type: Full\-time
