Collaborative role coordinating with supervisors and engineers Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using HVAC\-related software and digital tools, possess excellent computer skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities * Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. * Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. * Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. * Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation. * Use HVAC software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record service activities and monitor equipment performance. * Prepare reports, work schedules, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications. * Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards. * Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required. Required Qualifications * Diploma or ITI/Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 3–5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. * Experience using HVAC software, CMMS, or other maintenance management applications. * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). * Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals. * Good problem\-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
