




We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Document Controller** to join our **Human Resources team**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy, legal compliance, and confidentiality. You will play a key part in supporting the HR team with efficient document handling, version control, and filing systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update employee files and HR records (digital and physical). * Ensure HR documentation complies with internal policies and labor laws. * Track and manage documents related to recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, training, and exit processes. * Support HR audits by organizing and providing accurate documentation. * Archive inactive records in accordance with company policies. * Monitor expiry dates for key documents (contracts, IDs, certifications) and follow up accordingly. * Ensure data privacy and control access to sensitive HR information. * Maintain document templates and ensure only current versions are in use. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR document control or administration. * Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or DMS is a plus. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong understanding of confidentiality, data privacy, and labor law compliance. * Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in HR for a company with 10,000\+ employees. * Familiarity with ISO standards or HR compliance audits. * Experience with document management systems like SharePoint, Aconex, or BambooHR. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits * Professional development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunities for career growth within the HR function Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * How many years of experience in total? * Do you have a valid QID? * What is the number of headcount / employees in your current company? * Do you have a notice period?
