SAP Data sphere Expert for Qatar(Oracle EBS to S/4HANA Transformation) for Qatar **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **SAP Datasphere Expert** to support our transformation program migrating from **Oracle E\-Business Suite R12 to SAP S/4HANA**. The role will focus on bridging data gaps between Oracle and SAP, enabling **reporting (management and statutory)**, and supporting **IFRS\-based allocations and compliance reporting**. The candidate will work closely with functional, technical, and finance teams to design, implement, and optimize data models, ensuring data accuracy and reporting readiness throughout the program. **Key Responsibilities** * **Data Integration \& Migration** * Assess and design **data mapping** between Oracle EBS R12 and SAP S/4HANA. * Configure and optimize **SAP Datasphere** for extracting, transforming, and harmonizing legacy Oracle data into S/4HANA. * Support **data cleansing, enrichment, and validation** to ensure data quality for reporting and analytics. * **Reporting \& Analytics** * Develop **management reporting dashboards** and **statutory/financial reports** using SAP Data sphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other relevant reporting tools. * Implement **IFRS allocation models** and ensure compliance with **local GAAP and statutory reporting requirements**. * Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting structures. * **Gap Analysis \& Solution Design** * Identify **gaps** between Oracle EBS legacy data structures and SAP S/4HANA reporting requirements. * Recommend and implement **data modeling solutions** in SAP Datasphere to bridge these gaps. * Ensure alignment with **SAP best practices** for data management and analytics. * **Collaboration \& Stakeholder Management** * Partner with SAP functional consultants (FI/CO, Group Reporting, Controlling, etc.) to align reporting structures. * Support **business stakeholders** in adopting new reporting capabilities. * Liaise with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth delivery. **Required Skills \& Experience** * **Core Expertise** * Proven experience with **SAP Datasphere (SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)** including data modeling, integration, and consumption. * Strong background in **data migration and reporting** from **Oracle EBS (R12\)** to **SAP S/4HANA**. * Hands\-on experience with **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)** for reporting and visualization. * Understanding of **IFRS and statutory reporting** processes (Group Reporting, Consolidation, Allocations). * **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of **ETL processes**, data harmonization, and transformation logic. * Proficiency in **SQL, data modeling, and integration technologies** (ODP, SDI, APIs). * Experience with **SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) data structures** and reporting tools. * Familiarity with **Oracle EBS R12 data model**, especially finance and controlling modules. * **Functional Knowledge** * Understanding of **finance and accounting processes** (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO). * Exposure to **statutory and management reporting requirements** across multiple geographies. * Experience in **financial consolidations** and **allocation models**. * **Other Requirements** * 8\+ years of experience in **data \& reporting roles**, with at least 3\+ years in **SAP Datasphere/SAC**. * Prior involvement in **ERP transformation/migration projects (Oracle → SAP)** preferred. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a cross\-functional and global team environment. **Nice to Have** * Experience with **SAP Group Reporting** or **BPC (Business Planning \& Consolidation)**. * Familiarity with **local statutory compliance reporting tools**. * Knowledge of **cloud integration platforms (CPI, Azure, etc.)**. * Exposure to **data governance and security best practices**.
