Position Overview We are seeking a creative and skilled **EdTech Developer** to design, develop, and maintain educational software and e\-learning platforms. This role requires strong programming expertise, knowledge of learning technologies, and a passion for advancing digital education. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain e\-learning applications, LMS platforms, and digital tools. * Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and administrators to translate learning needs into technical solutions. * Integrate platforms with content management systems, assessment tools, and collaboration apps. * Ensure compliance with data security, accessibility, and educational standards. * Optimize applications for performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live learning environments. * Document processes and provide training/support to end\-users. * Stay updated on emerging EdTech trends and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in educational technology. * Strong knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar). * Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or custom solutions). * Familiarity with gamification, adaptive learning, or AI\-driven education tools is an advantage. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, project\-driven environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
