Work with a leading facility management company. **MEP Supervisor – Facility Management** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full‑time **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **MEP Supervisor** to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee technicians and tradesmen, ensuring smooth maintenance and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspect facilities periodically to identify issues and required maintenance. * Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work assignments. * Supervise and train technicians and tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, etc.). * Oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). * Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. * Contribute to maintenance budget planning and ensure compliance. * Coordinate with management on renovation and project activities. * Ensure adherence to quality standards, health, and safety regulations. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma/Degree or related trade certificate. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role. * Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi. * Well‑groomed, neat, and professional appearance. * Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a leading facility management company in Qatar. * Professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
