Troubleshoot IT issues and support users with IT-related queries **Position: IT Support Intern / Junior IT Support** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced work environment **Job Description:** * Provide first\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues * Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications * Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution * Support users with system access, email, and other IT\-related queries * Maintain IT inventory and documentation * Assist in routine system maintenance and updates Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Internship Contract length: 2 months Pay: QAR1,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
