Primary Purpose of the Job: Responsible for the evaluation of all land and property applications \& land revenue analysis in accordance with established procedures. Required Experience and Skills: * 8\-10 years post qualification experience in a broad range of business aspects function, with in\-depth demonstrated working experience. * Ability to swiftly understand the requirements and work on a given subject matter in order to effectively initiate and develop relevant contracts and agreements. * Excellent written and oral English; Arabic will be considered an advantage. * Good inter\-personal skills and ability to work with the team effectively. * Able to plan, execute and complete work with limited guidance. * Excellent organizational and planning skills, along with strong commercial and analytical orientation. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce from a recognized University.
