Summary: Responsible for managing and controlling all project documents, ensuring proper registration, distribution, formatting, and revision control for compliance and traceability. Highlights: 1. Manage and control project documentation lifecycle 2. Ensure document compliance and quality records 3. Coordinate document submissions and approvals Key Responsibilities * Receive, register, distribute, and file all incoming and outgoing project documents. * Maintain document control systems in both electronic and hard\-copy formats. * Ensure documents are properly numbered, formatted, reviewed, approved, and revision\-controlled before issuance. * Distribute approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and technical documents to relevant personnel. * Track document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are available for use. * Archive superseded and obsolete documents while maintaining document traceability. * Maintain controlled company documents, procedures, work instructions, forms, and project records. * Maintain and organize quality records, including inspection reports, material approvals, test certificates, calibration certificates, non\-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action records, and audit records. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and QA/QC personnel regarding document submissions and approvals. * Prepare document transmittals, document status reports, and document control logs. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and maintaining accurate records. * Monitor document review, approval, and corrective action status to ensure timely closure. * Ensure all documents comply with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. * Protect confidential company and project information by maintaining secure document storage and controlled access.
