Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maximo Operator with strong technical expertise in IBM Maximo asset management systems to support maintenance operations and manage asset data. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Maximo Operator** with over **2 years of hands\-on experience** in IBM Maximo to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Maximo asset management systems, with **Ashghal (Public Works Authority) experience highly preferred**. This role involves supporting maintenance operations, managing asset data, and ensuring efficient use of the Maximo system in alignment with organizational standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and manage the **IBM Maximo system** for maintenance and asset management activities * Create, update, and track **work orders**, service requests, and asset records * Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of asset and inventory records * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of work orders * Monitor system performance and generate reports as required * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance planning using Maximo * Ensure compliance with company policies and Ashghal standards (if applicable) * Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support when necessary * Maintain documentation and logs related to maintenance activities **Requirements** * Minimum **2\+ years of experience** working with IBM Maximo * Prior experience with **Ashghal projects or standards is highly preferred** * Strong understanding of **asset management and maintenance workflows** * Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and system navigation within Maximo * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non\-technical teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person Pay: QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
