We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our growing event company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in floral design, event floristry, and sales, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. This role combines creative floral work with event support and client service, ensuring each event is visually stunning and well\-coordinated. Key Responsibilities * Create high\-quality floral arrangements including centerpieces, bouquets, installations, arches, and other event\-focused designs. * Select, condition, and maintain fresh flowers to ensure top quality for events. * Manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. * Assist with table styling and décor setup, including linens, candles, tableware coordination, and other decorative elements. * Work closely with the event team to ensure cohesive design and timely setup. **Sales \& Client Interaction** * Assist with floral sales, including quoting, upselling, and guiding clients on floral options that match their theme and budget. * Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide professional recommendations. * Support the preparation of proposals and mood boards when required. **Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years of professional florist experience, preferably in event floristry. * Strong knowledge of flowers, seasonal varieties, floral care, and design techniques. * Ability to handle high\-pressure situations and tight timelines. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of color, style, and aesthetics. * Knowledge of current floral trends. * Basic photography or portfolio presentation skills. * Valid driver’s license (preferred) **Please provide a portfolio or previous work photos** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,000\.00 per month
