




**Job Description: Property Consultant** **Location: Qatar** A **Step In Property** is responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer\-focused approach to ensure successful and smooth real estate transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their preferences and budget * Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and location * Generate leads through marketing, networking, calls, and referrals * Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms between clients and property owners * Maintain and update a database of available units, listings, and leads * Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and pricing guidance * Prepare, review, and process necessary documents and agreements * Build and maintain long\-term client relationships * Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams * Achieve individual and team sales targets **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not required) * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills * Good knowledge of the local property market * Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients * Organized, proactive, and target\-driven * Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus) **Personal Attributes:** * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Strong work ethic and self\-motivation * Good time management and attention to detail * Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment. **Compensation \& Benefits:** **Commission**: Competitive commission structure based on closed deals **Allowances**: Company SIM with Data \& Calls **Training**: Continuous real estate and sales training Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: From QAR10,000\.00 per month
