




We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Business Development Manager** with a proven background in the **tiles and sanitary ware industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within Qatar. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results\-oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities \- Business Development \& Sales** * Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the tiles and sanitary ware sector. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and retail partners. * Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales prospects to achieve monthly and annual targets. * Conduct market visits to promote product ranges and gather market intelligence. **Market Expansion \& Strategy** * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. * Recommend and execute strategic plans to boost brand visibility and market share. * Assist in planning promotional activities, trade exhibitions, and product launches. **Client Management** * Manage existing key accounts to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. * Handle client negotiations, quotations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization. * Provide product presentations and support to clients as needed. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with sales, logistics, procurement, and product teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations. * Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. **Requirements** * **4–5 years of proven experience** in **Business Development / Sales** within the **tiles and sanitary ware industry** (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of Qatar market dynamics, customers, competitors, and product categories. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to achieve sales targets, work under pressure, and manage multiple clients effectively. * Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred). * Strong network of existing industry contacts is an advantage.
